Contracts, whether international or domestic, require an economic and informational balance between the two parties from the moment of contract's conclusion until its termination. However, this balance may be disturbed during the stage of concluding the contract or during the stage of its implementation. This disturbance may arise from several reasons, including an unexpected change in the basic circumstances under which the contract was concluded, which requires the existence of a specific mechanism established by the legislator in order to restore balance to the contract and equality between its two parties to achieve contractual justice.
